Roadmap

Registration & Setup

• Download the LANDRANI®️ Lamb app and complete your registration as a Home-Based Business (HBB) owner.
• Place your first order for the @HOME Starter Pack via the LANDRANI®️ Lamb app.
• Set up WhatsApp for Business and upgrade the product catalogue with your LANDRANI®️ Lamb offerings.
• Set up the Yoco card machine for seamless payment processing.
• Begin using the first of the 24 WhatsApp message templates available on the LANDRANI®️ Lamb app for your broadcasts. You will send 3 broadcasts per week, following the planned communications for the first eight weeks.

Training & Familiarisation

• Complete training on product details, sales techniques, and handling customer inquiries.
• (Optional) Start the Carnivore Diet using products from the Carnivore Diet Box (personal use only at this stage, not for sale). You will need to be on the diet for 4 weeks to develop your own success story before selling the Carnivore Diet Box if you choose to participate.

Goals

Set your personal sales goals for the first month, focusing on selling the regular LANDRANI®️ products and establishing guest house partnerships.

Personal Sales

• Begin reaching out to your network—friends, family, and colleagues—to introduce LANDRANI®️ products from the @HOME Starter Pack. 

• Use WhatsApp Status, Broadcasts, and in-person tastings to generate interest.

• Continue with your 3 weekly WhatsApp broadcasts using the message templates.

• Place replenishment orders through the LANDRANI®️ Lamb app as needed to maintain stock.

Guest House Outreach

• Establish relationships with local guest houses and lodges, introducing them to the LANDRANI®️ Café solutions.

• Highlight that guest houses can place their orders via the LANDRANI®️ Lamb app. Additionally, sales will be generated through the Nightsbridge platform, helping them attract more guests who are looking for premium lamb meals.

Goals

Aim to sell 6 boxes of products and secure your first guest house partnership by the end of Week 3.

Strengthen Relationships

• Provide follow-up support to customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases of regular LANDRANI®️ products.

• Support guest houses by ensuring timely restocking via the LANDRANI®️ Lamb app.

Repeat Sales

• Continue to provide excellent service to customers, ensuring timely product delivery and keeping them engaged with regular LANDRANI®️ products.

• Place orders as needed via the LANDRANI®️ Lamb app to ensure consistent stock availability.

(Optional) Carnivore Diet Marketing (Week 5)

• If you’ve completed 4 weeks on the Carnivore Diet and have your own success story, you can now start marketing and selling the Carnivore Diet Box.
• Share your personal weight loss journey and success story with your network, promoting the Carnivore Diet Box as a ready-made solution for low-carb lifestyles like Carnivore, Keto, and Banting.
• If you choose not to follow the Carnivore Diet, you can continue focusing on the regular LANDRANI®️ product offerings.

Expand All Revenue Lines

• Use WhatsApp messages and broadcasts to expand your customer base for LANDRANI®️ products.

• (Optional) If you’re selling the Carnivore Diet Box, promote it as a ready-made solution for low-carb consumers.

• Continue growing guest house partnerships and promoting both regular LANDRANI®️ products and the Carnivore Diet Box, if applicable.

• Ensure guest houses are smoothly restocked through orders placed via the LANDRANI®️ Lamb app, with additional sales generated through Nightsbridge to attract more guests.

1. Register and Place Initial Orders: Register through the LANDRANI®️ Lamb app and order your @HOME Starter Pack (Week 1).
2. Sell 6 Boxes: Achieve your first sales milestone by selling 6 boxes of LANDRANI®️ products (Week 2-3).
3. Guest House Partnership: Secure your first guest house partnership (Week 3-4).
4. (Optional) Start Marketing and Selling the Carnivore Diet Box: After 4 weeks on the Carnivore lifestyle, share your personal success story and begin selling the Carnivore Diet Box (Week 5, if you choose to participate).
5. Depot Operational: Set up your depot for local pickups and deliveries (Week 7-8).
6. Expand All Revenue Streams: Continue scaling your business across all revenue streams (Week 9-12).

• App-Based Product Management: Use the LANDRANI®️ Lamb app to manage stock, handle product orders, and support guest house partners.

• Customer Support & Loyalty: Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely delivery of products, focusing on both regular LANDRANI®️ products and the Carnivore Diet Box, if applicable.

• WhatsApp Broadcasts: Consistently send 3 weekly broadcasts using the LANDRANI®️ Lamb app templates to keep customers engaged and informed.

• Guest House Sales: Attract more sales through the Nightsbridge platform while managing orders via the LANDRANI®️ Lamb app.

• Collaborate with LANDRANI®️: Use available resources and maintain regular contact with the LANDRANI®️ team for support and business growth.
