While LANDRANI® Food Truck Marketing assists with branding, promotional materials, and initial exposure, agents are responsible for expanding their business by securing additional partnerships with schools, businesses, shopping centres, and event organisers.

LANDRANI® Lamb earns a 7% royalty fee, a 2% marketing fee, and a 4% system fee (including credit card commissions, all fees inclusive of VAT), ensuring that agents receive full operational control while benefiting from brand credibility and ongoing support.

LANDRANI® Lamb provides agents with the following pre-arranged trading opportunities to ensure a strong revenue model from the start:

  • 4 Events Per Month – High-traffic public and private events where agents sell an average of 125 meals per event.
  • 21 Days of Food Patrol Trading – Targeting commuter routes, business districts, and busy public areas with an average of 30 meals per day.
  • 21 Days of Weekday Trading – Operating from a fixed weekday parking premises facilitated by LANDRANI® Lamb, with an average of 15 meals per day
Long-Term Business Growth & Independence

The strategic goal is for agents to gradually reduce reliance on weekend events by developing a strong direct customer base in their food truck’s operating area.

  • Increase Food Patrol Volumes – Expand operations into new high-traffic zones for greater exposure and more consistent daily sales.
  • Grow Weekday Trading – Work towards increasing the 21-weekday trading volumes by attracting repeat customers, corporate orders, and meal deliveries.
  • Develop a Direct Customer Network – Focus on converting first-time buyers into loyal customers who seek out the food truck regularly, reducing the need for event-driven revenue.

Success depends on the agent’s ability to leverage the guaranteed trading opportunities while actively shifting towards a more self-sustaining revenue model.

Financial Commitment & Fees

Agent Investment
  • Total Investment R570,000 (incl. VAT)
  • Includes Full Ownership of the Food Truck – A fully branded, equipped mobile kitchen ready to trade.
Ongoing Fees (Including VAT):
  • 7% Royalty Fee – Payable on gross revenue for brand usage and business support..
  • 2% Marketing Fee – Covers national and local promotional efforts.
  • 4% System Fee – Covers operational system support, technology integration, and credit card transaction commissions.

The 3% Operating Expense Provision is set aside by the agent for business expenses such as maintenance, fuel, and other operational costs. This is not paid to LANDRANI® Lamb but is included in financial planning for sustainability.

LANDRANI® Lamb’s Role (Support & Brand Management)
  • Provides Access to 4 Monthly Events – Ensuring high-traffic sales opportunities.
  • Facilitates a Weekday Trading Premises – Securing a stable location for agents to operate.
  • Supports Expansion of Direct Sales – Encouraging agents to reduce event reliance by growing their weekday and food patrol trading.
  • Supplies Premium Lamb-Based Products – Ensuring consistent quality across all food trucks.
  • Offers Branding & Marketing Support – National campaigns, advertising, and promotional materials.
  • Facilitates Procurement of Bakery & Fresh Produce – Agents can source additional supplies via LANDRANI® Lamb’s network.

  • Prepares & Serves High-Quality Meals – Following LANDRANI® Lamb’s menu guidelines.
  • Maximises Trading Days & Meal Sales – Aiming for 1,445 meals per month, achieved through 4 event days, 21 food patrol days, and 21 weekday trading days.
  • Builds Direct Customer Sales – Focus on increasing weekday and food patrol sales to eventually operate without weekend events.
