Questions and Answers for LANDRANI® LAMB Orders and Deliveries:
How can I place an order for Landrani® Lamb products?
You can easily place an order by using our in-house developed iOS and Android app. Simply download the app, browse through our product catalogue, select the items you want, and proceed to checkout.
Is there a delivery charge for orders, and what happens if no one is at home to receive the delivery?
Yes, we have a delivery fee of R120; however, we offer free delivery for all orders above R1500. In the event that no one is at home to receive the delivery, we will attempt to contact you before deeming the delivery as unsuccessful. If a subsequent delivery attempt is required, there will be an additional charge of R180 for the rescheduled delivery.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Your estimated delivery date will be provided during the checkout process. We have strict daily delivery routes to ensure approximate delivery times within Gauteng and the Southern Cape. Please note that the Southern Cape includes the coastal areas from Plettenberg Bay to Mossel Bay, and Oudtshoorn is also included in our delivery coverage.
Will I be notified in advance of the approximate delivery time for my order?
Yes, you will be notified in advance of the approximate delivery time for your order. If you are unable to be available on the specified date and/or time, we will reschedule your delivery to another date. We will notify you of the new approximate delivery time in advance. Once you confirm that the approximate time is acceptable, your product will be delivered on the rescheduled date. If we are unable to reach you on the delivery day, we will attempt to contact you before deeming the delivery as unsuccessful.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date for my order?
Unfortunately, due to our strict daily delivery routes, we cannot offer the option to choose a specific date for delivery. Your order will be delivered on the designated delivery day, and the approximate delivery time will be communicated to you.
Are there any restrictions on the minimum order quantity for delivery?
No, there is no minimum order requirement for delivery. You can place an order for any quantity, and delivery will be free of charge.
How do I pay for my order?
In the LANDRANI® LAMB App during checkout, you will have the option to pay via Credit Card or an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
Once your order is confirmed and processed, it might not be possible to modify or cancel it. Please contact our customer support by sending an email to help@landranilamb.co.za as soon as possible to check if any changes can be made.
Can I collect my order myself?
Unfortunately, personal collections cannot be entertained. As our product is produced and packed at the farm, we do not offer the option for customers to collect their orders in person.
What will be the benefit of subscribing to a monthly or bi-monthly subscription?
Subscription customers will receive preference as we have limited availability of our LANDRANI® LAMB product.
Can a subscription be cancelled at any time?
Yes, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to accommodate your preferences.
Do you sell “cheap” or “budget” lamb?

We don’t sell “cheap” or “budget” lamb because we are committed to providing only the highest quality products, adhering to strict protocols that prohibit routine antibiotics or added hormones.
